Sam Mewis made her club debut for the Pali Blues in 2013. She played 10 times in the domestic league for Sam, scoring once, before making a move to the Western New York Flash in 2015. In the 2015-16 season, Sam played 34 times in the domestic league for the WNYF and scored nine times. After just one season, she made a move to the North Carolina Courage in 2017.
