In between, actress Sumbul Touqeer Khan fell in love with Shalin. However, Shalin did see her as a friend or a younger sister. But Sumbul went possessive towards Shalin. Both said things about each other and even Sumbul’s father also said things about Shalin that he did not like and hence, they did end their time as good friends.

However, Shalin did have a good relationship with Tina Dutta from October to early January mostly. In between, they did have fights but both did sort them. Tina did show that she has feelings for Shalin. But when host Salman Khan used to ask her, she always refused it. But then hugging him, on New Year’s Big Boss consort of MC Stan did see them showing love when Tina was touching Shalin’s body.

Shalin did start the show as a leader and did have a good friendships with Tina Dutta, Soundarya Sharma, Gautam Vig, and others. However, after some weeks, Soundarya and Gautam did turn against him and he did have fights with Gautam. Then he did have a huge fight with MC Stan, where he did lose kind of friendship with Sumbul Touqeer Khan, where it was shown that it was Sumbul’s mistake more than Shalin’s as she fell in love with him.

Shalin and Tina did join Mandli also for some weeks but Tina leaving the group made him leave the group too. Then he did have a good friendship with Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Choudhary. But even with Priyanka, it did see ups and downs. As he did not make not even one good friend, people used to kind of bully him in the end.
